Quentin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has gained more than 25 years experience in international construction in various regions including Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, Arabia and Mainland China. He is based in Guangdong Province and speaks some Phutongua. His experience covers all areas of the construction industry, including civils, building and fit-out works, rail projects, airport projects, hotels and hospitals as well as major commercial developments. He has considerable experience in contractual and commercial settlement of disputes and is well placed to provide advice and assistance on all matters pertaining to the resolution of disputes, claims negotiation, preparation or defence, or other contractual matters. He has gained solid experience in the areas of arbitration, litigation support, and mediation, both Contractors, Employers and government departments. Quentin has been on the construction committee of the Hong Kong Mediation Council.
