FRANK HARTMAN
Senior Cost Engineer
Frank is a qualified cost engineer / quantity surveyor with an extensive background in cost related activities in various industries, more recently specialising in the petrochemical industry. Successful in project control principles in management of a wide range of industrial projects, he is able to work on his own initiative and as part of a team. His excellent management capabilities, his analytical, design and problem solving skills are all used to work at high performance standards.
Frank has a degree in cost engineering, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers (DACE). Cannonway has recently appointed him to work with one of their clients, a major Japanese petrochemical corporation, to provide specialist advice and assistance to the clients contracts team in their head office in Japan.
